<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;"><br /> The family is the smallest unit of a society. If we say that the family is indeed the basic unit of the society, we mean that the family is the foundation, the bed rock and most important fragment of the society. The society can not have good moral standards when such standards are not found in the family. To this end, if the society is corrupt in all ramification, we can see reasons why the blame should not be on our politicians or the political class as the case may be, but the family because even the cabals that made up the political class are members of different families.<br /> <br /> How ever, the family is the first among the agents of socialization. The family has a lot to contribute in forming the character,morals and values of every child. If the family willingly carries out this duty with all sincerity, then peer pressure can not destroy what the family has built in the child, except in rare cases. The child will be very selective about the kinds of friends he or she relates with so as to exhibit the morals and values planted in him or her by the family. <span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Little</span> wonder the holy bible says in the book of Prov 22 v 6, " Train up a child in the way he should <span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">go</span> and when he is old, he will not depart from it".<br /> </span></span><br />
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Where as, the purpose of this article is not to adumbrate on the role of the family in nation building but to bring to focus on how the family can assist and reduce the devouring roa<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">r</span>s of unemployment in the society.<br /> <br /> No one is useless. So many individuals see themselves to be good for nothing, but the fact still remains that no matter how useless one might think he or he is , there is something he or she can do better than others. This one<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;"> or</span> more things are referred to as talents or gifts. For crying out loud, every one must not go to school. For one to live a fulfilled life, he or she must first of all discover his or her purpose, then if you wish to add a degree certificate to it, you can.<br /> <br /> I know that this question will be ringing in our heart. Thus, " How can the family help cub the menace of unemployment in our society?". We all can attest to the fact that no one is an island and no one is independent of another in one way or the other. The doctor needs the engineer, the accountant needs the lawyer, "vise versa".<br /> <br /> The family being the first agent of socialization has the the privilege of discovering individual gifts at a very tender age. If you can dance,sing,sing or do one thing or the other, the family should be the first to discover this and should encourage the child the child by giving their un<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">r</span>eserved support to the child, but unfortunately, the family discover this gifts and talents but they do not see the importance of encouraging the child, giving excuses that the child will first of all go to school, not bearing in mind that they should have the responsibility of encouraging and supporting the child and as the same time help the child balance talent/gift with his or her education. Research has shown that this attitude is mainly found in Africa. Just imagine a society where parents encourage their children to improve on their talents and gift, do you think that such children can be unemployed after th<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">eir</span> education? The answer is NO! because when there are no jobs, they have something else to fall back to which is their improved talent. Research and statistics has also proved that talent pays more than education. It is good to be educated, but it is best to discover your potentials and improve them.<br /> <br /> However, if the family can take to encouraging her members towards improving on this things that they can do better than others, unemployment will be reduced to its <span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">barest</span> minimum. For instance you have a child who is interested in football, you register that child at a very early stage in the football academy, if the family can not afford the foreign academy, they can start with one of this locals ones around, while the child still goes to school.<br /> <br /> I will conclude with this statement," If every one is encouraged to do what he or she can do better than others, since no one is independent of another,unemployment will be reduced to it's <span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">b</span>arest minimum".<br /> <br /> O.G Awurum.</span></span>Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8040805080451422055.post-52756026620031533602017-03-12T23:09:00.000-07:002017-03-12T22:14:39.549-07:00Top 10 Most African Sexiest Big Booty Celebrities you need to know In 2017<h1>

<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
A well known Leader of Biafra Independence Movement, BIM, and founder of Movement
for Actualization of Sovereign State of Biafra, MASSOB, in the name of Chief Ralph
Uwazuruike has called on the Igbo political class to bury the idea of
having an Igbo man as Nigeria’s next president in the face of the
current Northern conspiracy against them.<br />
<br />
The Biafra agitator recalled that the same level of conspiracy was
used to truncate the presidential ambition of some prominent Igbo
personalities such as former vice president, Dr. Alex Ekwueme, and Chief
Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu, a trustee of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.<br />
<br />
<br />
A statement issued yesterday by the Biafra Director of Information,
Mazi Chris Mocha at Umuaka in Njaba Local Government Area of Imo state,
quoted Uwazuruike as sympathizing with Ekwueme and other Igbo leaders
“who had in the past put up relentless fight, courage and determination
to become president but failed to realize such an ambition, just because
they were victims of the civil war which ended on the note of
reconciliation, reconstruction and rehabilitation but turned out to be
retaliation, isolation and maximum hatred for Ndigbo.”<br />
<br />
Ekwueme had said that: “I was Vice President until December 1983 and
going by the old NPN order, I would have contested for the number one
position in 1987, but the military intervened in 1983 and the civilian
regime was cut short. I tried again in 1998 and Obasanjo was released
from prison and he came and won, supported by his colleaques in the
military. I tried again in 2003 and the same thing happened.<br />
<br />
<br />
Uwazurike also reminded Ekwueme and Iwuanyanwu how their efforts to emerge
as Presidential candidates of their various political parties were
thwarted when two Igbo sons were sponsored by the Peoples Demoratic
Party, PDP and All Peoples Party, APP, to frustrate the chances of
Ndigbo to produce a Presidential candidate.<br />
<br />
According to him, “the anger which led me to demand the resuscitation
of Biafra republic had to do with the soiled relationship between
Ndigbo and the rest of Nigerians since the January 15, 1966 Major
Chukwuma Nzeogwu-led military coup.<br />
<br />
“The Hausa/Fulani and Yoruba conspiracy against Ndigbo is real and
that was why the former Defence Minister, Gen. Theophilus Danjuma (retd)
could also not hide his own feeling and hatred for Ndigbo when he made
an open declaration that he would go into exile than allow Dr. Ekwueme
to be President of Nigeria.<br />
<br />
“Through MASSOB/BIM, the world has heard clearly the marginalized
voice of the Igbo man which wasonly heard in quiet, grumbling and
murmuring tone before I started the struggle for Biafra in 1999 and
today, the world is waiting for the emergence of the new Biafra Nation.<br />

<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
Acting-President, Yemi Osinbajo has said that he will defeat
corruption in Nigeria by replicating the model he used to drive down
corruption in Lagos State Judiciary to zero percent.<br />
He said he also had the system reformed during his tenure as Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice in Lagos.<br />
He disclosed this during a talk-shop organized in Abuja by Office of the
Vice-President in contribution to the national dialogue on corruption.<br />
<br />
Osinbajo recalled that corruption in the Lagos State Judiciary
dropped to zero percent following the sack of 22 corrupt magistrates and
three judges, and by drastic improvement in welfare.<br />
According to him, prior to the reforms, he once met an honest judge
who retired after 10 years on the Bench but lived in someone’s boys
quarters because he had no house.<br />
<br />
He said a judge’s salary of N67,000 then could not build a house. To
reverse the trend, every judge was given a house for life, while their
remuneration was increased “considerably”, to the extent that Lagos
became a reference point.<br />
“It was because a system was in place and impunity was not allowed.
It is important that we put in place models that will work,” he said.<br />
<br />
<br />
Osinbajo noted that in the United Kingdom, candidates undergo 17 different tests before being appointed judges.<br />
<br />
The Acting-President added that the three arms of government must
collaborate to put in place working systems that are fair and compliant
with the rule of law.<br />
“We must work together – the legislature, the judiciary and the
executive – to put a model that must work. We must ensure that systems
that are put in place are fair and comply with the rule of law,” he
said.<br />
He further said that the anti-graft war will not be won where
citizens continue to celebrate the corrupt, adding that the underlying
causes of corruption, such as deprivation, also need to be addressed.<br />
<br />
Osinbajo said a robust international collaboration was also needed to
return stolen assets and to stop the hiding of loot abroad.<br />
<br />
“One of the critical issues that we have discovered in our fight
against corruption is that we need much more robust international
cooperation, especially with respect to return of assets.<br />
“We find that the process of returning assets, aside from the
judicial process, is so difficult and so complicated that it could just
take you literally years to get assets returned.<br />

<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://infobased.blogspot.com/"><img alt="infobased.blogspot.com" border="0" height="388" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgVhgKZ-q7lTbnGudnjBKxdHETDCjxmkhGj18xrqJLO_8MPeB5rTFEg3M-2vWH-9FyESGEahDn0f7pJSKXYs6m7WaVSFvWVkl_IE1DmJf1hMWKcOF2lSIZ_vMTQdVvnn6ZDdCOx_geL9bMW/s640/Fayose-Obasanjo.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
Knowing too well that politics is a do or die afire, Mr Ayo Fayose continued his
verbal onslaught against former President Olusegun Obasanjo, on Monday,
as he demanded the immediate return of his N10 million donation to his
library project with interest.<br />
<a href="https://www.blogger.com/null" name="more"></a><br />
<br />
Fayose, who described the library project as one of the greatest fraud
ever, said the 30 governors under the platform of the Peoples Democratic
Party(PDP) were compelled to donate N10m each in 2005 to the
multibillion naira project.<br />
<br />
The was just as the PDP Southwest caucus passed a confidence vote in the
leadership of the Ahmed Makarfi-led caretaker committee, branding the
Ali Modu Sheriff group as mere usurpers of the party’s structure.<br />
<br />
Speaking in Ado Ekiti on yesterday at the opening session of the PDP
Southwest stakeholders’ meeting, advised former President Obasanjo to
stop seeing himself as a saint.<br />
<br />
Fayose, who visibly expressed his anger against some leaders of the
party for refusing to speak up against political persecution of members
of the party by the All Progressive Congress led Federal government,
said they should not be afraid to speak against tyranny and any form of
oppression.<br />
<br />
Urging members to remain bold and undaunted in the face of perceived
intimidation by gents of the All Progressives Congress(APC) , Fayose
predicted that God will soon move against those that are oppressing the
PDP members in the country by declaring their seats vacant.<br />
<br />
Present at the meeting are: Host governor, Mr. Fayose, his deputy, Dr
Kolapo Olusola, former Governor of Ogun State, Chief Gbenga Daniels,
Senator Iyiola Omisore, former PDP Deputy Chairman, Chief Bode George,
former PDP National Vice Chairman, Mr Tajudeen Oladipo, PDP
Spokesperson, Prince Dayo Adeyeye, a member of the House of
Representative from Ogun, Hon Oladipupo Adebutu, Chief Ebenezer
Babatope, Prof Olu Agbi.<br />
<br />
Others are: PDP Chairmen in Ogun, Chief Sikirudeen Ogundele, Ondo,
Clement Faboyede, Ekiti, Chief Gboyega Oguntuase, Oyo, Hon Muraina
Ajibola, Lagos, Mr Moshood Salvador, Osun, Mr Bayo Faforiji, Chief Mrs
Kofoworola Bucknor, Chief Paul Alabi, among others. According to Fayose
“We were compelled to make the donation as PDP governors in 2005 and now
I need the return of my money with interest”, he said.<br />
<br />
The Governor, who described the Sheriff’s faction as ‘moles’ and
‘political kidnappers’ within the party, added that “Yes, they are
kidnappers, because when you took what does not belong to you, then you
are a kidnapper. To me, I stand with Makarfi, because the judiciary has
no reason to appoint the chairman and executive members for party
owners.<br />
<br />
“How can you call yourself the leader of a party and be working for the opposition.<br />
<br />
<br />
Sheriff and his group will fail in their devilish plot against our
party. We, the committed members of this party will not allow this evil
to work, because charlatans can’t be allowed to hijack our party.<br />
<br />
The tough time we are passing through is just a phase as tough time
never last but tough people do. “They said the PDP people are corrupt,
but if you look critically, the PDP are mere petty thieves while APC
members are super robbers.<br />
<br />
<br />
They are only interested in destroying and oppressing our members while
the people groan in sufferings. Today, the country is under emergency
situation.<br />
<br />
“They said we should use political means to settle our differences, let
me say that even if we reconcile there are some people I can’t be in the
same party with .<br />
<br />
<br />
Fayose boasted that he will concede victory to the APC in the next
year’s election if the opposition wins ten out of the 177 wards in the
state.<br />
<br />
“I am even ready to concede defeat if they win only one local
government. No matter what they do, we are on ground and we are winning
16-0 again, because we have the people behind us”, he boasted.<br />
<br />
In the communiqué read by the Ekiti State Deputy governor after the
meeting, the party passed confidence vote in Makarfi leadership and also
declared support for the party’s appeal against the judgement of the
Appeal Court, which validated the Sheriff-led Executive. The party also
reposed confidence in the leadership of Fayose as the Chairman of the
PDP Governors’ forum and the Eddy Olafeso-led south west leadership.

<br />
<br />
<br />
Based on the current New research has shown us that the Swedish passport is the strongest in
the world, which will make you get into 176 out of the 199
countries in the word without a visa.
Nomad Capitalist, a consulting firm that recently ranked passports from
199 different countries confirms that Sweden came out on top,
Afghanistan was last and the United States lands on the 35th spot tied
with Slovenia.
<br />
<a href="https://www.blogger.com/null" name="more"></a>Well the Countries' passports were judged by how much benefit
they bring in terms of visa-free travel, international taxes, global
reputation, the ability to hold dual or multiple citizenship, and
personal freedom respectively, so which ever offers theses comes out on top.<br />
<br />
Also know it that Belgium, Spain, Italy and Ireland rank just below Sweden, with other European nations completing a clean sweep of the top 10.<br />
<br />
One interesting part of this is that the Swedes visit 176 countries without a visa, but citizens
also enjoy "the ability to easily escape Swedish taxes by moving
overseas," according to the index.

<br />
The Deity news that is going on between Apostle Johnson Suleman of Omega Fire Ministries and one Stephanie Otobo has come with something new as Apostle
Johnson Suleman's lawyer in the name of Barrister Osa Director, just waded in
threatening to sue Sahara Reporters for N1 billion and also labeling
Miss Otobo’s allegation as a lie from the pit of hell.<br />
<br />
<div dir="ltr">
</div>
<div dir="ltr">
Press statement:</div>
<div dir="ltr">
<br />
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
The attention of our Client, Apostle Johnson Suleman has been drawn to
the online Publication by Sahara reporters. It is with utter
consternation and indignation that our client received the news that one
Stephanie Otobo is claiming to be his lover, after he proposed marriage
to her in 2015 but later reneged. The Story was based on a purported
letter written by Festus Keyamo’s Chambers.<br />
Our Client has not
received any letter from the Chambers of Keyamo or any law firm
whatsoever. Therefore it is a gross violation of the natural Justice
principle of audi alteram partem to embark on a media trial of our
client without giving him fair hearing.</blockquote>
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
However, anytime we get a letter from Keyamo or any law firm, we shall
respond appropriately and adequately without the unethical side kick of
undue media attention.</blockquote>
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
For the records, our Client unequivocally denies any amorous
relationship with the said Stephanie. Her claims as stated by Keyamo is
vexatious, malicious and a wicked concoction from the pit of hell. As it
is customary with our Client he has never had anyone-on-one encounter
with the said Stephanie.</blockquote>
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
Although sometimes in 2015, after a crusade in Canada, our Client
received a call from a person who introduced herself as Stephanie, and
claimed to have been blessed by the spiritual ministration of our
Client. Further probings from our Client revealed that Stephanie was a
night club stripper. Our Client insisted that she must change her ways,
if indeed she wants to receive Christ. But she later complained of no
other means of survival and pleaded for assistance to open an Africa
Kitchen food Store.</blockquote>
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
Our Client being a habitual and chronic philanthropist, with a heart for
the poor and the underprivileged promised to assist, and he did. After
almost a year she later complained of being broke and business was not
looking well and asked for financial assistance from our Client, which
he obliged. Those were the only two occasions our Clients rendered
financial help to her, and withdrew after some unsavoury disclosures by
Stephanie and her reluctance to truly mend her ways, and embrace Christ.</blockquote>
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
It was therefore strange and gut wrenching to hear several years after
from Stephanie, who in collaboration with a gang of five ,which include
her Canadian based<br />
boyfriend, Wisdom and a top ranking police
officer based in Lagos State approach our Client and demanding a ransom
payment of N500.milion , otherwise they threaten to provide a tell tale
story of romance between our Client and Stephanie to the media and
hoodwink the innocent public with the view of ridiculing our Client’s
worth and integrity in the public eye.</blockquote>
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
As a principled man of God, our Client refused to budge to their cheap
tantrums of blackmail, knowing full well that you cannot build something
on nothing, as an amorous relationship NEVER existed between him and
Stephanie.</blockquote>
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
If true that our Client proposed marriage to Stephanie and conducted a
marriage introduction ceremony, we challenged her to provide evidence of
the occasion, either photographs or video clips.</blockquote>
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
Who were the Family members present at the occasion? Where was the ceremony conducted?<br />
We have since contacted the father of Stephanie, one Revered Benson
Otobo, who pastors a church in Warri and have businesses in Lagos and
Abuja. He described his daughter as ‘wayward and desperate to make
money’ He said he was not even aware that Stephanie was in Nigeria and
thoroughly denied any marriage introduction ceremony, saying that
Apostle Suleman never came to his house, or family home to introduce
himself as suitor to his daughter. </blockquote>
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
He emphatically disassociated himself from whatever blackmailing scheme
the daughter is engaged in, ‘I want to clearly state that I am not a
part of her gang of blackmailers or a party to her desperate money
making scheme’<br />
Stephanie and her gang has since been arrested by the
Nigeria Police as they were also recorded on tape disclosing their
links with the dreaded terrorist gang, Boko Haram. They threatened to
unleash Boko Harem and kill Apostle Suleman. As agents of terrorism, the
Police is investigating the depth of their involvement in the several
terrorist attacks in the country.</blockquote>
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
That is beside the charges of blackmail and attempt to extort money from Apostle Suleman.<br />
We have our Clients instruction to demand a retraction of the story
from sahara reporters and publication of an apology letter seven days
from today. We are also demanding one billion naira compensation as
damages.<br />
Our Client will never and shall never succumb to blackmailers and their antics, no matter how highly placed.</blockquote>

Want to highlight women that owns the biggest b**bs in the world today, well the largest breast belongs Annie who currently wears a US size 52I bra, the largest made, but by American
bra estimation, her measurements would put her in a 48V bra, which is
not manufactured.<br />
<br />
Annie says that her record-breaking bust began developing at the age of
nine: "I just started growing, and kept right on. I started wearing a
bra when I was in third grade, and it was a regular grown-up woman's
bra. I don't remember ever wearing a training bra."<br />
<br />
Annie was
advised by doctors to have a breast reduction, but she refused,
explaining: “I don’t want to mess with nature. As my breasts grew the
muscles in my back developed and supported them."<br />
Annie, who is a mother with two children, was awarded her Guinness World Records title in 2000.<br />
"It
made me feel like a million bucks. It's such an honour. This will go
down in history. It's something I will always cherish," she said.<br />

<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
Osinbajo said a robust international collaboration was also needed to
return stolen assets and to stop the hiding of loot abroad.<br />
“One of the critical issues that we have discovered in our fight
against corruption is that we need much more robust international
cooperation, especially with respect to return of assets.<br />
“We find that the process of returning assets, aside from the
judicial process, is so difficult and so complicated that it could just
take you literally years to get assets returned.<br />
<br />
“And I think that it is important for countries of the world where
stolen assets are located to really work with us in ensuring that these
assets are returned speedily. I know that the United Kingdom is working
with us in particular on this issue of beneficiary register.<br />

Its a pleasure i let you know that the former Big Brother Naija housemate and rapper, Mojisola Serah Sowole,which is also
popularly known as Cocoice, spoke with Segun Adebayo of Nigerian Tribune
on some of the low and high moments of her stay in the house, marriage
plans and of course, the boob-sucking moment that got many people
talking.<br />
<a href="https://www.blogger.com/null" name="more"></a></div>
"Honestly, it was not a dare game, as many people assumed. In truth, I
was just having fun. I didn't do it to get votes. It was never about the
votes"
On how her parents reacted to the incident, she said: <br />
<br />
"A Yoruba adage says “ti aba fi owo otun ba omo wi, afi ti osi fa
mora”, which means when you scold a child with your right hand, you
embrace him with the left. As far as I know, that was exactly what they
did. We have all moved on from that moment. The truth is that being one
of the 14 housemates chosen for the show already makes me feel like a
winner, so I have no regrets. I feel proud of every moment I had in the
house. No regrets at all."<br />
<br />
<b>Has it cost you any lucrative deal since you came back?</b><br />
As I said earlier, I have been enjoying my time since I came out of the
house and to tell you the truth, I have been getting offers since I
left the BBNaija house. So I wouldn’t know of any lucrative deal that it
has cost me.<br />
<b>If you were to date any of the guys in the house for real, who would that person be?</b> <br />
Bally is cool, calm and collected. He’s a sort of my kind of guy.<br />
<br />
<b>How happy are you to be back with your people back home?</b><br />
I feel very happy to be home. You can’t compare the feeling to
anything. I have really missed my family and friends. My world has
really turned around towards greatness. When the people around me are
happy, I am happy.<br />
<br />
<b>Many people would want to know what next project Cocoice is working on?</b><br />
I’m currently working on my music and video single entitled Feeling my P
and collaborations with other talented Nigerian artistes.<br />
<br />
<b>What’s the name Cocoice about? Where did you get it from?</b><br />
‘Coco’ stands for coconut, rough on the outside which describes my past
and pure on the inside. ‘Ice’ which stands for breaking the ice
(breakthrough).<br />
<br />
<b>You must have had a relationship before your stint in the house. How difficult has it been coming back to all that?</b><br />
I was single before I went into the BBNaija house. There is no point coming back into any relationship.<br />
<b>Is marriage on the card for you anytime soon?</b><br />
<br />
I am still waiting for Mr Right <b></b><br />

hearing in the suit filed by Miss Oluwatise Aderinokun, the
eight-year-old and last child of the late founder and former Managing
Director of (GTB), in the name of Olutayo Aderinokun, against
the bank and six others over alleged manipulation of her late father’s
shares.<br />
<br />
Other respondents in the legal battle are GTBank’s Registrar, Datamax
Registrar Limited, Kanali Investments Limited, Day Waterman Company
Limited, Caribod Investment Limited, Mr. Babatunwa Aderinokun, and
Investment One Financial Services Limited.<br />
<br />
At the resumed hearing, the seventh defendant, Investment One
Financial Services Limited, used by late Aderinokun, to acquire shares
in GTBank, informed the court that it had filed an affidavit of facts to
assist the court in the judicious determination of the plaintiff’s
suit.<br />
<br />
In the particulars of the affidavit of facts deposed to by one Mike
Okoh, he averred that contrary to the averment of the sixth defendant,
Mr. Babatunwa Aderinokun, the third to fifth defendants’ companies,
namely: Kanali Investment Limited, Day Waterman Company Limited and
Cariboo Investment Limited were incorporated as asset holding companies
and vehicles through which late<br />
<br />
<br />
Aderinokun acquired invested and held
his asset while planning his Estates during his lifetime.<br />
The deponent averred further that other shareholders and board of
directors of the above mentioned companies constituting the first wife
of the deceased, Mrs. Olufunlola Aderinokun, and the children of late
Olutayo Aderinokun were fully aware of the deceased assets protecting
strategy via corporate vehicles.<br />
<br />In the ensuing legal battle, Oluwatise Aderinokun who is suing GTBank
and other respondents through her mother, Mrs. Salamotu Aderinokun, in a
suit marked FHC/L/CS/1723/2015, is urging the court to declare that the
recognition of three limited liability companies Kanali Investments
Limited, Day Waterman Company Limited and Cariboo Investment Limited
(the proxies), as being entitled to the rights accruing to the shares
issued by GTBank, held in the proxies’ names and in the name of her late
father, Olutayo Aderinokun, is wrong and breach of the implied contract
between the defendants and her late father.<br />
<br />
The plaintiff is also urging the court for an enquiry into what
volume of her late father’s shares issued by GTBank were held in his
name and the names of the three companies, Kanali Investments Limited,
Day Waterman Company Limited and Cariboo Investment Limited (being
shares/Properties held in trust of the beneficiaries of her late
father’s estate), as at the time of his death on June 14, 2011.<br />
The plaintiff is also seeking a court declaration that the
recognition of the proxies by the defendants, as being beneficially
entitled to the rights of her late father’s shares (issued by GTBank),
held in the names of the proxies, was done in dishonest assistance of
the breach of trust of her late father’s Will by the said proxy
companies.<br />
<br />
She also want the court to make an Order of Specific Performance of
the implied contract between her late father, Olutayo Aderinokun, and
GTBank, and Datamax Registrar Limited, whereby the said defendants are
to accord late Olutayo Aderinokun all the rights and, or beneficial
interest in the shares purchased by her late father, and issues by
GTBank in the name of his corporate vehicles used as the proxies.<br />
<img alt="https://i0.wp.com/www.chichinwaafrika.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/gtbank-logo.jpg?resize=476%2C478" height="640" src="https://i0.wp.com/www.chichinwaafrika.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/gtbank-logo.jpg?resize=476%2C478" width="636" /><br />
<br />
She wants an order of perpetual injunction restraining GTBank and
other defendants in the suit from acknowledging/recognising the proxies
as being the beneficial owners of the rights accruing to the shares held
in their names in GTBank, and paying any sum declared as dividends
accruing to her late father’s shares held in his name, and the names of
the said proxy companies on the instructions of the directors on record.<br />
<br />
The plaintiff, in her statement of claim filed before the court by
her lawyer, Osaro Eghobamien (SAN) of Perchstone and Graeys, averred
that upon the death of her father, he gave legacies and directive to his
two wives and four children and her late father also appointed GTBank
Asset Management Limited (now Investment One Financial Services
Limited), and Mr. Babatunwa Aderinokun as joint Executors and Trustees,
both whom were granted Probate on February 16, 2012.<br />
She also averred that during the lifetime of her father, he had a
peculiar manner of acquiring his assets, using the Proxies, among other
corporate structures, rather than holding these assets directly in his
own name, and that payments that were made for asset acquisition, or
funds received in respect of the Proxy companies, were either paid from
or into his personal accounts.Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8040805080451422055.post-71867387075193067352016-12-16T01:31:00.001-08:002016-12-16T01:31:14.818-08:00what re you waiting formake quick money>>>>>>>>> <a href="http://paytoday.online/index.php?ref=154311">http://paytoday.online/index.php?ref=154311</a>Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0
